The Brief

Innovate UK Business Connect runs the events where the UK’s innovators, investors and policymakers meet. These range from national showcases to sector-specific conferences.

They needed one production partner who could travel nationwide, handle complex multi-room events, and deliver content that meets Innovate UK’s strict brand and accessibility requirements. Those requirements cover motion-graphic branding, subtitles and transcripts on every film.

Each event is scoped individually, with crew size, stages and deliverables matched to the programme.

We shaped a narrative that highlighted both innovation and human impact — weaving together voices from government, industry, and academia to show how far the UK quantum community has come and where it is heading.

Thought Leadership Positioning

By featuring leading labs, companies, and programme partners, the video reinforces the UK’s authority in quantum technologies and strengthens the Showcase’s role as a flagship national event.

Engagement-Driven Communication

The structure and pacing were designed for reuse across platforms — from a full-length highlight to social cut-downs — ensuring maximum reach and accessibility.

Execution

Since 2025 we’ve covered: - the UKRI Immersive Tech Awards - two consecutive UK National Quantum Technologies Showcases - the Robotics Industrial Showcase in Milton Keynes, live-streamed from its main stage and robotic runway - the GeoAI Festival at Space-Comm Expo - Adopt & Accelerate Net Zero in Manchester - Immersive Innovation in Leeds, for the Innovate UK Immersive Tech Network Each event produced highlight films, full-session recordings and social snippets, ready for Innovate UK’s YouTube and LinkedIn channels.

We were commissioned to create a highlight film for the UK National Quantum Technologies Showcase 2025, an event bringing together researchers, industry, investors, and policymakers to demonstrate the UK’s leadership in quantum innovation. The goal was to capture the energy of the Showcase, communicate its impact, and provide a versatile video asset for post-event engagement.

We will be returning in November 2026.

TVOX partnered with Innovate UK, a pioneering platform at the forefront of XR, AI, and creative technology, to create a high-impact promotional film for their cutting-edge event, XRHack. The goal was to produce a video that reflected the spirit of innovation, experimentation, and collaboration that fuels the event.
