The Brief

The UK Shared Prosperity fund's £120m distribution across London aims to improve pride in place, while increasing life chances, investing in communities, and supporting local business, people and skills.

The GLA needed a creative partner to document the fund’s impact, produce a public-facing success report, and deliver a celebration event that showcased the outcomes to stakeholders, partners, and the wider public.

The Process

TVOX led a full communications and creative reporting programme — combining data-led storytelling, documentary production, and visual design.

Strategic Storytelling

Reviewed project data and impact evidence to identify a diverse selection of funded initiatives across London to feature as key success stories.

Design & Production

Created accessible, high-impact printed assets and large-format artwork to be displayed throughout the Museum of London during the official celebration event.

Video Direction & Reporting

Directed and produced a series of documentary-style films and written case studies, alongside the design and publication of a final success report capturing the overall outcomes of the programme.

Execution

TVOX managed the full end-to-end delivery — from on-site filming and editorial writing to print production and exhibition installation. The campaign and final report transformed complex funding data into engaging stories, making the fund’s achievements tangible and relatable to the people and communities it supported.
