TVOX was brought on board to capture the magic of the Golden Lion Awards, a night celebrating Black excellence, live music, and cultural achievement. Our task was to document the entire show live, highlighting the vibrant atmosphere, headline performances and standout moments throughout. With a skilled crew of nine, we filmed the show in real-time, ensuring every moment of glamour, performance and emotion was captured with energy and clarity.

Hosted by Richard Blackwood and Kaz Crossley, the night featured acts like Omar, So Solid Crew, Stush, Slim the Comedian, and IMD Legion. Rising talents like Stormzy’s Merky Christmas protégé LMR and MOBO winner Still Shadey also took the stage.

Hosted by Richard Blackwood and Kaz Crossley, the evening featured performances from Omar, So Solid Crew, Stush, Slim the Comedian and the theatrical street-dance prowess of Britain’s Got Talent’s IMD Legion Dance Troupe.
