The Brief

MAM Gruppe, an international recruitment company operating across the DACH region, needed to strengthen its market position and improve the performance of its digital channels. Despite steady growth, the brand lacked cohesion and credibility online, limiting engagement and lead quality.

TVOX was brought in to deliver a unified brand and digital strategy to build trust, attract qualified enquiries, and increase conversion efficiency.

The Process

Our role included designing a full visual brand identity, website, tone of voice, content pillars and structure that conveyed professionalism, reliability, and expertise. We crafted a tailored media strategy for the German market, utilising Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to increase brand awareness.

Today, MAM Gruppe’s brand is consistently recognisable across digital and print channels, from their website to their stationery, with a strong, distinctive personality. Alongside a client-facing outbound strategy, we produced a series of YouTube and LinkedIn videos focused on internal recruitment and company culture - aiding MAM with attracting quality candidates for their own workforce whilst rapidly scaling.
